- Digital (E-book, PDF, Audiobook): Email link within 1 hour
- Flipbook: Access credentials within 1 hour

Refund available within 7 days of receipt if book is unopened, pristine and resaleable.
Purchaser covers return postage.
Refund processed after physical inspection.

Refunds not available if 10% or more of content has been read.- Accidental purchases may be refunded within 7 days if less than 10% read.- Excessive refunds may lead to account restrictions.
